BallroomArts is a new venue for the arts and events located on the High Street of Aldeburgh, a much loved and famous Suffolk seaside town known for its many cultural connections and stunning shingle beach. This historic building has been redesigned and renovated to provide two venues with a substantially improved experience for selling and buying artworks, planning and staging cultural and business events and private parties.
For our launch, we partnered with Art for Cure the UK’s leading breast cancer arts charity raising money for breast cancer research and grant-funding for breast cancer support services in Suffolk.
Curated by Art for Cure Founder, Belinda Gray, FEAST featured the work of over 25 artists, ceramicists and sculptors who have been inspired by the theme of food, dining and grow-your-own, in both The Ballroom and the Courtyard Gallery.
FEAST was open to the public from Saturday, September 25th through Tuesday September 28th, 10am to 6pm.
Visit Art for Cure for more details of the show.
FEAST was a perfect showcase for BallroomArts, making great use of the galleries and stairway for displaying paintings, sculptures and ceramics.
